Ed Bennet - Term Exp: 9.1.09

Ed Bennett and his wife, Joni, reside in Lexington where they are active members of Grace Lutheran Church. Their daughter, Tyanne, attends UNL in Lincoln and is very involved with the Campus Ministry there. Ed is the operations manager of KRVN Radio and has served on state and local boards for a variety of service organizations. Ed felt a little out of his element at his first Campus Lutheran board meeting though, as he was the only one wearing a tie. However, he seems to have acclimated nicely, is excited about the mission of Campus Lutheran, and enjoys being surrounded by the youthful enthusiasm.

Hi everyone! I guess you could call me a product of Campus Lutheran, in the sense that I have attended here since a entered college. In addition I spent 31/2 years as the Residential Manager. I continue to worship here while I obtain my Master's of Social Work degree. I am eager to serve Christ in all forms. It makes sense to give back to the ministry of Campus Lutheran, when it gave so much to me. This ministry truly has the potential to impact young adults eager to discern their own walk in faith. I am proud to find my place on the board as my relationship with this ministry continues to deepen.
